Claro De Luna - Playa del Carmen

Our visit was very nice, ideal for what we needed. the hotel was located adjacent to a nice quiet neighborhood away from the craziness of Playa del Carmen. the property was in a quiet and magnificent location, in a calm area.

We thoroughly enjoyed excellent and handy location.

The staff members were really helpful and amazing and suggested local places. The room was reasonably large and had private bathroom plus a microwave, fridges, and kitchenware. The vibe here was special!

During our Christmas stay, we really liked the fact that the apartment was spacious and had all the necessary facilities in the kitchen. It made our stay really comfortable and convenient. the location was also great, being within walking distance to downtown and the beach. We also enjoyed the advantage of having a pool where we could unwind and relax after a long day of exploring.

One thing that we didn't quite like was the noise from barking dogs at night. It sometimes disturbed our sleep.

The hotel had good facilities for cooking, making it convenient for preparing meals. the owners were very friendly and provided a map and directions for exploring the city and finding restaurants. the room was clean and cosy, offering good value for money. the hotel is located in a quiet area within a walkable distance of 15 minutes to both the city centre and the beach.

Felt like a home away from home, with nothing to complain about.
